Our mission is to empower Games Industry Leaders through Awareness, Best Practice, and Community through our supportive programmes and development of resources on Games Leadership for current and emerging Leaders.

Workshops, Networking and Webinars:
Join us to discuss best Leadership Practice, methods and models in our online webinars, Virtual Networking and in-person workshops.
We host both private network events for our community and more public events open to all - details can be found on our Events page.
Events:
We regularly attend and host public industry events where we share our resources and findings with a wider audience. We have a number of talks available to view online and invite you to join us at our next event soon!

Coaching Programmes:
We currently offer two types of Coaching Programme - ‘Emerging Leaders’ focuses on supporting individuals within minority groups, who might not yet be in a Leadership position yet but want to explore their potential.
’Changemakers’ is for those working in Games at a Senior Level (e.g. CSuite, Directors, Leads & Senior Managers) who want to focus on specific goals to improve their workplace.
Online Leadership Community
We host an online community via Discord and have plans to grow this with an Adivsory Board/Committee in 2024!
