The Games Leadership® Blueprint is designed for current and emerging Leaders working in the Games Industry, who need help navigating a particular challenge or uncovering their Leadership style and potential. In order to get the most out of this course and ensure it’s right for you, we look to enrol those who hold or have previously held a Leadership position in the Games Industry, such as Team Lead, Manager, Director, CEO etc., OR who are stepping into such a position for the first time. The Games Leadership® Blueprint is a unique 12-week online programme designed to help you:

• Reflect on your Leadership style and uncover what’s holding you back

• Build a personalised Leadership plan to guide you in your next steps, and beyond

• Connect with a global community of Leaders who are navigating similar challenges.

The course is delivered through a mixture of self-guided and self-paced study across the 12 weeks, as well as regular live Group Coaching sessions with others on the course and 1:1 support sessions where required. The course content will encourage you to reflect, challenge and develop your ideas around Leadership, your role and your approaches towards certain Leadership challenges. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a CPD certificate, along with assets to share on your website, portfolio and social media to showcase your involvement and new certification.

A Personalised Leadership Roadmap: This course helps you design a Leadership strategy that is uniquely yours, aligned with your values, studio culture, and personal strengths.
Practical Tools for Real Challenges: You will learn actionable techniques that will help you navigate complex team dynamics, improve communication, and lead effectively under pressure.
Confidence to Lead Authentically: Discover how to make decisions that align with your vision whilst creating a positive impact on your team. The Blueprint will help you to stop second-guessing yourself and start leading with intention.

Programme enrolment spans 12 weeks, during which time you’ll have access to the course content to work through at a pace that suits you, as well as access to regular Group Coaching sessions and 1:1 support where required.
