
Coaching
We offer bespoke, tailored coaching for you or your team’s current situation, needs or role.
Typically, these are offered in sessions, and can be organised as required on a 1-1 basis or as intermittent Group Coaching sessions based around a particular theme or specific need.

1-1 Coaching
Focused Coaching for individuals involving goal setting and moving forward with career or personal changes. Topics can be vast and usually set by the individual, but can include; finding confidence, dealing with anxiety, career progression or perhaps making more time for general wellbeing. Alternatively, Leadership sessions can also be more operational focused and performance-based if required.

1-1 Coaching is focused coaching for individuals in any stage of their career, from team member through to Managers, Leads, C-Suite and Executives.
Note that separate C-Suite / Executive package options are available.

Coaching is highly personal, and therefore revolves largely around your needs and what you feel you need to address and work through. Sessions can typically involve goal setting, moving forward in your career, or personal change.

Topics can be vast and are usually set by the individual, but can include:
Finding confidence
Dealing with anxiety
Career progression
Gaining balance
General wellbeing
Workplace stress
A particular topic presented by the individual
Leadership sessions can be more operational focused and performance-based.

Sessions can be organised based on your individual requirements. Typically, these are booked in blocks so that we can cover a specific topic in depth and track progress over time, but one-off sessions are also available to talk through a specific topic or smaller scaler need.
Group Coaching
A series of sessions aimed at enhancing a team's ability to manage pressure, address workplace tensions, and develop stronger, healthier communication styles. Group Coaching allows team to come together on a regular basis for ongoing support around a specific topic or area. This can be particularly useful if going through times of stress, or just after, to allow time and space for processing.

Group Coaching is ideal for teams to cover a specific topic, area of development or address particular workplace tensions.

These sessions can be tailored based on specific circumstances and requirements, however are typically attended after individual team members have chance to submit questions in advance (named or anonymous) to allow them to then come together on a regular basis for ongoing Coaching or support.

Teams may require Group Coaching to work through times of change or difficulty, but it can also useful for general productivity, awareness, and communication. Some aims and benefits of Group Coaching include:
Enhancing the team’s ability to manage pressure
Addresssing workplace tensions
Developing stronger, healthier communication styles
Coping with times of stress or refocusing and processing after times of stress

Typically, sessions are booked based on your team’s specific needs or current circumstances. Group Coaching is particularly effective when structured in blocks over time to establish trust, track progress, and work through a particular topic or significant period of time for the Studio / Team.

Coaching is a form of personal development designed for those who are ready to work towards a specific goal, work through a particular pain point, or who are looking to make a change. Our range of Coaching sessions and expertise allows us to support you through whatever you need guidance on, and set the plan in motion to make it happen.

Whilst there can be some similarities between Coaching and Counselling, it’s important to note that these often have very different focus points when working with a client. Coaching tends to focus on taking action towards making a positive change in your future, whereas Counselling often focuses more on your past to help bring understanding to who you are now.
Coaching can assist positively in improving your confidence, goal-setting and navigating workplace circumstances, but it should not be used as a replacement for active mental health treatment or support under a qualified Mental Health Practitioner.

Coaching is highly personal, and everybody is different, requiring various things of their experience. That is why we approach Coaching from a place of empathy and understanding of your particular needs, goals, and difficulties, so that we can help you get the most out of your experience and in working towards your specific aims.
The best time for Coaching is when you have already actively put in work to better understand yourself, so that we can best help support you and the changes you want to make or area you wish to work through.

Our sessions will be completely confidential, subject to certain exemptions as stated below. We will not disclose your participation in our Coaching programme or any of our other services, unless we have your express permission to do so.
You are welcome to tell your employer that you are taking part in our Coaching programme if organised independently, and we are happy to answer any questions they might have.
Times where we may see fit to break confidentiality include:
Instances where the Coach believes there is convincing evidence of serious danger to the client or others if the information is withheld.
Instances where to not do so would be acting against a particular law.
