Empowering Industry Leaders
We support current and emerging Games Industry leaders through a focus on Awareness, Best Practice and Community.
The Games Leadership Network® is a CIC (Community Interest Company) and where the Games Leadership® journey began. The Network complements our educational offerings by building an inclusive community where Industry professionals can connect and share their experiences. We host regular free events, offer insights, and provide access to scholarship opportunities for the Games Leadership® Blueprint - all in an effort to help make Leadership learning accessible, impactful, and importantly, community-driven.
This wing of Games Leadership® is entirely non-profit, meaning that we rely on external support and funding to offer these services. Whether you’re searching for community or are simply looking to pay it forward, there is a part of Network for you!

Our Network offers a range of support for current and emerging Leaders, from aiding access to our Blueprint programme through scholarships to providing a dedicated community space through our Discord server, free events and resources, and a place for all Leaders in Games to feel heard, supported and uplifted.

Please note that Scholarship places for the Games Leadership Blueprint are in high demand, and are allocated at our discretion following an application process.
We understand that applying for a scholarship may feel like a big step - we deliberately ask a lot of questions during this process to ensure that support is available to those who require and would benefit from it most.

Reviewing these questions can help you think deeply about your Leadership journey, your motivations, and your goals - so you can have your answers prepared and ready before submitting your application!
Note: Your number of years in Leadership doesn’t affect your chances of qualifying for a scholarship. Please answer honestly - this is just so we can understand your position more and figure out how best to support you.
