Studio Survey on Team Dynamics and Wellbeing

A tailored survey to gather insights from the team about their current communication struggles, stress levels, and how they perceive workplace balance. This data can guide ongoing interventions or be used to set benchmarks for improvement.
The Studio receives a full written report.
Studio Survey on Team Dynamics and Wellbeing PLUS

Everything in the original survey package, PLUS additional 1-1 interviews with all Team Members to provide further in-depth insight and analysis.
The Studio receives a full written report.
360 Reporting

This is useful for Leaders to get specific feedback from their team, and involves a survey to the full Studio and 1-1 interviews with 360 Participants, and anyone they Manage or work closely with.
A full written report and final Coaching session are included to discuss findings.
Mediation Services

Mediation from an external presence can often be useful if there are Team members struggling to work together. This would typically start by working with both on an individual basis, and can sometimes include Line Manager training with the Team member’s managers, as well as Studio surveys and further reporting depending on circumstances and needs.
The Studio receives a full written report.
Career Mapping & Progression Planning

This is usually done with individuals and/or via a survey to the whole team, to gain clarity on current Studio needs or can be provided as consultancy with Leadership on how to better map career pathways and progression planning options within the current Studio framework.
